F. van Lanschot Bankiers is the oldest independent bank in the Netherlands with offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. This financial institution decided to outsource the facility department in order to professionalise. The choice of AAFM as partner is mainly based on the HR policies, flexibility and transparency. The contract has a duration of 5 years.
Our role
AAFM has overall responsibility for managing and implementing the facility services of F. Van Lanschot Bankiers. The acquisition included a staff transfer of 37 employees. The services portfolio consists of:
Waste Management, Envelope Services, Project Management, General Management, Energy Management, Reprographics/Printing, Archiving, Buildings Maintenance, Sanitary Ware, Vending Machines, Houskeeper Services, Cleaning, Security, Office Supplies, Service Desk, Signage, Mail Services, Technical Maintenance, Internal Planting, Furniture, Garden Maintenance, Catering & Managing Board Restaurants, Pest Control, Churn/housing, Parking Services, Lease Cars.
