Our role
ARCADIS AQUMEN is selected to provide support services to all Philips locations throughout the Netherlands and Belgium for both office and production environment. Appr. 150 employees of Philips are transferred to ARCADIS AQUMEN. The dynamic nature of Philips' activities requires a flexible approach to the provision of facility services to users of the various buildings. ARCADIS AQUMEN arranged its services in such a way, so that the constantly changing business needs of this company can be met and can accurately be responded to all facility demands.

The services AQUMEN ARCADIS provides to Philips are described in 81 Service Level Agreements that include the following facility services: Management Services, Roombooking, Building Maintenance, Office Supplies, Cleaning and Waste, Space and Workplace Management, Field Maintenance, Catering and Welness and Concierge Services, Reception and Security, Mail and Reprographics and Logistics.
