Total Facility Management and Real Estate Management on operating basis for
appr. 47,000 sqm

Background
Uni-Invest Beheer, a real estate investor, has asked AAFM to administer the complex Vision Park in Apeldoorn. Uni-Invest has selected AAFM as a partner because of its knowledge and experience of the complex. The contract consists of management and facilities and has an annual contract volume of € 1.9 M. Contract renewal takes place every year for one year.

Our role
The service provision includes the management and maintenance of the property, consisting of buildings, buildings installations and sites. In addition AAFM provides the facility services to companies which are located at Vision Park. These facility services include cleaning, catering, vending machines and security.
The average customer satisfaction is measured regularly and is above the contractually agreed quality for several years now.
The contract does not include staff transfer.

Added Value
AAFM offers the tenants of the complex a facility choice package of services. This service provision is important for organisations looking for (temporary) housing, not having a facility department or have their FM services outsourced to an experienced party. By attracting such organisations AAFM has been able to increase the occupancy of Vision Park over 65% of gross rental surface.
AAFM has the knowledge and experience of the complex Vision Park. On the basis of that knowledge and experience, it is possible to relate the qualitative management and maintenance of the property to the age of the complex. This lead to an optimisation of quality in relation to maintenance costs.
